Apprenticeship also enables practitioners to gain a license to practice in a regulated profession. Most of their training is done while working for an employer who helps the apprentices learn their trade or profession, in exchange for their continued labor for an agreed period after they have achieved measurable competencies. Apprentice Mechanic – 2nd Year
All applicants must successfully complete the apprenticeship test profile and interview. This position will work a Monday to Friday day shift.
Materials Technician, Journeyperson or Apprentice
The successful candidate will currently be enrolled in the Parts Technician – Materials Technician apprenticeship trade program or have already obtained the Parts-Technician – Materials Technician, Journeyperson certification. 3 years of industry related experience is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
