This position is primarily responsible for attending to tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the bar and a positive guest experience. The bar-back is expected to perform their duties with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
As Cashier, you will be responsible for extraordinary customer service and be the point of sale with the customers at our Nexen Long Lake Cafeteria located at Anzac, Alberta. For this position 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service in a similar environment is required.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the director, corporate services in establishing the annual departmental operational objectives, priorities and budget as it relates to service excellence.
The position will be based in a Noralta Lodge in the Fort McMurray area working a twenty day on and ten day off rotation.
Key responsibilities include to supervise the functions of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Lounge, and ensure all standards for training, coaching, and completion of daily, weekly, monthly tasks are achieved.

As Supervisor, Housekeeping, you will be responsible for providing leadership for all activities within the housekeeping department while ensuring exceptional standards are met at all times. The position will be based in a Noralta Lodge in the Fort McMurray area working a twenty day on and ten day off rotation.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in weekly meetings of the Lodge Management team to review progress on operational initiatives, prepare periodic or special reports as requested, etc.
Candidates must have 1-3 years’ related work experience, including carpentry experience, minimum Building Operator Level Three certification, etc.
In this role you will be responsible to perform HVAC maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program in buildings, grounds and equipment owned or operated by Noralta Lodge Ltd.
As Store Lead, you will be responsible for extraordinary administration and customer service in our convenience store located at Fort McMurray Village. In addition, you will be responsible for leading administration of our Vending operations and maintaining its bookkeeping.
