Current Positions
Mechanical and Electrical Manager
This position will be initially based out of Vancouver and later out of Yellowknife so the ability to relocate and work a fly-in/fly-out arrangement is critical.
Scheduler
The Scheduler is responsible for the development and maintenance of well-defined project schedules for assigned construction projects at the pre-construction and construction phases. Essentially, the scheduler will work with the project bid team and estimating to develop a strategy for delivery and gain buy-in, etc.
Project Coordinator
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule, organizing and maintains project site files and documents; manages electronic document database and/or file sharing site.
Construction Safety Officer
The Construction Safety Officer is primarily responsible for overseeing and administering the Bird Safety Program and monitoring safety compliance on the assigned project.
Virtual Construction Coordinator
Duties, Responsibilities and Function include but are not limited to producing models for proposals and presentations to support the pursuit effort. Producing, coordinating and maintaining 3D models for specific projects for use during preconstruction and construction phases.
Project Manager
This position will be responsible for achieving the overall objectives of assigned project(s), including both office and field activities. More importantly, this position will manage a successful team and drive the business to new heights.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule. Organize and maintain project site files and documents; manage electronic document database and/or file sharing site, etc.
Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent, in conjunction with office project management staff, is responsible for the day to day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations in a manner consistent with Company.

Civil/Earthworks Estimator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Actively lead in project development activities including scope definition and clarification, preconstruction planning, control estimate development and delivery, etc.
Business Dev Manager – Civil
As a member of the Business Development Team you will work closely with the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Civil Operations to build relationships with existing clients while sourcing new clients, in support of business growth through opportunity identification, research and pursuits.
